Producer Statement

All waterproofing applications must comply with the New Zealand Building Code (NZBC) and require a Producer Statement (PS 3) to confirm that the waterproofing application has been installed as per the manufacturer's specification.
Each local Council Authority requires the Producer Statement to include the following information.

CONSENT NAME             Name of applicant on building consent
CONSENT NUMBER         Number on building consent
ADDRESS                       Physical address of issued consent
LEGAL DESCRIPTION      DP and Lot number
